
Topher Stephenson, M.D.
RINCON PHYSICAL MEDICINE & REHABILITATION
was founded by Dr. Topher Stephenson, M.D., who after graduating from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the University of California, Davis. Dr. Stephenson is board certified in both Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Brain Injury Medicine. He’s also an avid outdoor enthusiast and proud father of two. Before entering into medicine, Dr. Stephenson served as an EMT on a 20-person hotshot crew, and also as a commercial white water rafting guide.

Christina Hoskins
Christina Hoskins, JD, MS, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant who has worked with Dr. Christopher Stephenson since 2019 and is an integral part of the team at Rincon Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as the Senior PA. Before joining Rincon, she graduated with her law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA. After realizing her true passion for patient care, she graduated with her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Western University of Health Sciences in Southern California.
She specializes in treating traumatic brain injuries as well as musculoskeletal injuries with procedures including occipital nerve blocks, Botox for chronic migraine, trigger point injections, and regenerative injection therapy. She takes an integrative and multidisciplinary approach to her practice of medicine and works closely with our network of care partners to provide our patients with an individualized approach to their treatment plan.
Christina is married and lives in Sacramento. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her two dogs, traveling, hiking, and discovering new restaurants.

Melika Kalali
Melika Kalali, MS, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who has worked with Dr. Christopher Stephenson since 2022 and is an integral part of the team at Rincon Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Before joining Rincon, she graduated with her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Samuel Merritt University. She completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of California, Davis, and proudly considers herself an Aggie.
She specializes in treating traumatic brain injuries as well as musculoskeletal injuries, utilizing procedures such as occipital nerve blocks, Botox for chronic migraines, trigger point injections, and cryotherapy. Given her multilingual skills, she can communicate with a diverse range of patients. She takes an integrative and multidisciplinary approach to her practice of medicine, working closely with our network of care partners to provide patients with individualized treatment plans. Additionally, she serves as the practicing PA in all of Rincon's satellite clinics.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, practicing yoga, playing pickleball, and learning new skills!
